Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an eligible physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, contact:
Please include your name, order details and the item you wish to return.
For eligible online purchases, UK customers generally have 14 days from receiving their goods to notify the seller that they wish to cancel and then a further 14 days to return the goods. Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law [gov.uk]
Condition of Returned Items
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, we ask that products are returned:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- With any original packaging where reasonably possible
Customers are permitted to handle goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning in much the same way as they would in a shop. UK government guidance states that a seller may make an appropriate deduction from a refund where an item has been used or damaged beyond this. Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law [gov.uk]
Return Postage
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked return service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and process any refund due.
For eligible UK cancellations, refunds will be made within the legally required timeframe. UK government guidance states that a seller must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law [gov.uk]
Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. If a customer selected a more expensive delivery option, UK rules generally require the seller to refund only the equivalent standard delivery cost. Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law [gov.uk]
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method where applicable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please provide your order information and details of the problem so that we can investigate.
UK consumers have legal rights where goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or do not match their description. Return faulty goods [citizensad...ice.org.uk]
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Digital Products & STL Downloads
This physical returns policy does not apply in the same way to digital STL files and other downloadable digital products.
Digital content is subject to different cancellation rules from physical goods. Therefore, any cancellation or refund rights relating to digital downloads will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law and the terms presented when purchasing the digital product.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may be exempt from normal change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law, including certain personalised or custom-made goods.
UK government guidance specifically identifies personalised or custom-made items among products for which a change-of-mind refund may not have to be offered. Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law [gov.uk]
This exemption does not remove your statutory rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
